“Fair Tide Thrift Store to host Open House, announce June Sponsor ”
Kittery, Maine—June 5, 2012—On Wednesday, June 6th at 5:30 pm, Fair Tide will host an Open House Wine and Cheese Social to announce Kennebunk Savings as Thrift Store sponsor for June.
“Kennebunk Savings is a longstanding supporter of Fair Tide and our mission to end homelessness,” said Fair Tide’s Barbara McGaughey. “We invite the general community to join us and learn more about their work in the community and other projects Fair Tide is involved in.”
Fair Tide’s Open House Wine and Cheese Social will take place at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, June 6th at The Fair Tide Thrift Store at 15 State Road in Kittery.
Founded in 1998, Fair Tide is a prevention program that combines safe, affordable housing with comprehensive supportive services to keep people safe as they gain the necessary skills to obtain and maintain permanent housing. Proceeds from the Thrift Store, which is open from 10am to 5pm, directly support Fair Tide.
