Why Support Fairtide?
In 2013, Fair Tide launched the One Warm Night campaign with the sponsorship of Seacoast real estate professionals. A “warm night” is a $31 donation, the estimated equivalent to housing an individual at Fair Tide for 24 hours.
Participating real estate professionals donate “Warm Nights” to Fair Tide after every sale. The amount of the donation can vary with each sale and is up to the donor.
Former Fair Tide Board President Brad Hirst said the formal collaboration with the real estate community “seemed a natural fit.” Greg and Kathy Gosselin, owners of Gosselin Realty Group in York, Maine, helped develop the concept and have superseded Fair Tide’s expectations of donation amounts.
