One Warm Night

In 2013, Fair Tide launched the One Warm Night campaign with the sponsorship of Seacoast Real Estate professionals. A “warm night” is a $31 donation, the estimated equivalent to housing an individual at Fair Tide for 24 hours.

How Realtors Help

Participating Real Estate professionals donate “warm nights” to Fair Tide after every transaction. The amount of the donation can vary with each transaction and is up to the donor.

As a realtor, housing people is always on my mind. When I heard about this program to provide a warm night to someone in need, it just hit a nerve and I knew I wanted to be part of it.

Realtor Benefits

Participating Realtors

We’re all working to the same end and in that, there is an opportunity to think ‘big picture’.  I invite the real estate community to get involved and join me in providing safe, affordable housing.  It’s inexpensive and it has an amazing impact on people’s lives.

As a local real estate agent, I see the disparities between the housing opportunities available to some but not all in our community.  I am more motivated than ever to see to it that housing insecurity becomes a thing of the past.
